This year marks a huge milestone — 40 years of Mastermelt! To celebrate four decades of innovation and growth, over 100 of our amazing colleagues from around the world came together in London for a day to remember.

We kicked things off with a scenic cruise along the River Thames, taking in the iconic views of the city. The celebrations continued into the evening with a special dinner at the OXO Tower, with spectacular views over the Thames — the perfect setting to toast to our achievements and the incredible people behind them.

From a small operation to a global leader in precious metal recovery and sustainability, this anniversary is a tribute to the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients, and the partnerships that have helped shape who we are today.
