*Settlement Date Basis
The forecasted Settlement lead time will commence on Written Approval by the customer of the Mastermelt Material Receipt Report.
The forecasted Settlement lead time will commence on Written Agreement by the customer of the Mastermelt Settlement Yield Statement.
The forecasted Settlement lead time will commence from completion of Sampling.
The forecasted Settlement lead time will commence from completion of Final Sampling.
If witnessing is requested, the Forecast Settlement lead time will commence from the date of witnessing or the Settlement Date Basis, whichever is later
Pricing and Payment
The payable metals will be priced on your instruction at the end of the refining period.
Gold: Basis the am or pm LBMA auction, in US$, £ or €.
Silver: Basis the London Silver Pricing auction, in US$, £ or €.
Platinum and Palladium: Basis the LME/LBMA am or pm auction, in US$, £ or €, less a minimum of £5.50 per ozt.
Rhodium, Iridium & Ruthenium: Basis Free Market at a negotiated price.
Or
The payable metal can be transferred to a loco London metal account.
Payment will be made nett of all refining charges.
Delivery
Customers delivering directly to Mastermelt must provide prior notification and insure their material door to door.
All materials must be shipped in suitable sealed/leak proof containers with appropriate hazard labels and safety information.

Warranty
Customers must be the legal owner of materials sent for refining.
Mastermelt Ltd will not treat or pay for materials that do not meet this criteria.
Hazardous Elements
No radioactive, explosive, or spontaneously combustible materials are allowed.
Any materials containing above 0.01% Mercury or 0.05% Cadmium, Iodine, or Beryllium must be notified to Mastermelt prior to shipment. We reserve the right to decline any materials containing these elements or additional charges / processing times may be applicable.
Validity
Above refining terms and conditions are valid for 2 months from the date of this proposal.
Once entered into, this contract can be cancelled at any time by either party giving two weeks notice. New terms may be proposed, or materials already received returned to customer subject to payment of any charges incurred to that point.
