ECO-MASTERMELT: COVID-19 UPDATE
During this challenging time, we would like to offer our thoughts and best wishes to those most affected around the world and those on the front line fighting the virus.
Our facility at ECO-Mastermelt in Singapore have been designated as an Essential Service, (from the Ministry of Trade & Industry), and we have been granted a license to continue our operations.
We are observing strict social distancing on site, using novel shift patterns and a ‘work from home’ policy where possible.
All of our processes are running well albeit with a small reduction in overall capacity.
What are the issues?
With the current lockdown and business interruption, we understand that our customers may be experiencing issues such as:
· Process shutdowns
· Lack of storage
· Logistics and Transit issues
· Reduced management and EHS resources
· Precious Metal Transfer issues
